Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  1. Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  3. Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return an Item

  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Ensure the package is sealed properly to avoid damage during transit.

  3. Ship the Item: Once we approve your return request, send your item to the following address:

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your return.
  • Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at aratisewing17@gmail.com. Provide your order number and a description of the issue. Once approved, send your item to the return address provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items on sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged items not due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at aratisewing17@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
